We're an association management company in business for only 3 months looking to land our fist account. But thus far we find that we need an association to get an association. Prospective customers always ask us how many association are we currently managing.

We've thought about offering our services for free for the first 90 days with a month-to-month contract. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
