On of the best maintenance programs I have encountered in my 30 years of property management is the 10 Star Program by Mckinley INC. This system has been developed with a two fold result. It gives Residents a comprehensive tune up of their apartment, top to bottom, which helps decrease Work tickets and complaints, and also helps to increase renewals. It really helps to bring a positive relationship between the Maintenance Staff and the Residents. Happy Residents make Happy Property Managers.
