Hello, I was curious about anyone's experience with visitor/guest parking sign-in log books and it's effectiveness. Our building does not have a procedure like it. We do have signs that indicate a 3 hour time limit for guests only. But constantly, my tenants have a bad habit of parking there when their not suppose too (Abusing the parking privileges). I'd like to begin enforcing the "tow away" process but before I do, I want to know if other alternatives might help me remedy this situation. Any type of solutions or info would be great.
