Any ideas on how to deal with not having enough parking for the residents and their guests?
We already have decals for the residents and have a towing policy for vehicles with no decals parked from 5pm - 6am. Our problem is that we have many students in the 3 br apts and they have 3 vehicles per unit using the parking spaces.
Any suggestions?
