From a Property Management prospective, it's interesting to learn that persons (potentially your client or customer) can figure out a way to get around your email tracking system. I knew about setting up a gmail accounr as an alternative method of emailing, but this takes it to a whole new level.

Another important thing you can do to to keep your system in tip top shape is to make sure you utilize the defrag/disc cleanup utility and regularly clean temporary files/cookies.
