Rumored to be anywhere from $500-$1000 many Realtors will undoubtedly be wondering if they should make the switch to a tablet-like device. The launch of the all-in-one touch-screen tablet computer on will most likely spark the same excitement from agents and brokers that followed the iPhone’s launch in 2007."

Some potential advantages include portability, going paperless, and an easy learning curve.

I recently had the opportunity to use an IPAD for a day and found it easy to use and quite versatile. I would trust our management to use the IPAD but I would be concerned with either our maintenance forement or maintenance technican's because of its perceived delicacy. If you use a MAC it's simple - if you use Window's, you would have no problem making the adjustment.
