Personal Statement:

Hello Everyone and welcome to my little corner on the IREM web!  I am a fairly new CPM (2006) who has jumped headfirst into the life of a volunteer.  I have served on various national and local committee assignments and will step into the President's chair in 2010 for Delaware Valley #3.  

Through IREM I have learned to walk the halls of congress (legislative summit), interact with national business leaders in our industry (ODIE/Exec Leaders), advance and educate (tri-state chapter conference), and even learn the hula (fall meetings 2009).   

My goals are to continue the leadership tradition of the chapter.  With today's difficult economic environment, the value of the IREM membership has never been more important.  Professionalism and integrity continue to be the foundation and cornerstone of our membership background, a priceless continued investment for any Owner.

Professionally, I am a Vice President responsible for coordinating property management operations, tenant communications, tenant improvements, vendor contracts and environmental initiatives for a regional commercial real estate firm.
