Personal Statement:

As Vice President and Regional Property Manager at Bank of the West Wealth Management, I have the pleasure of providing direct property management and asset management for clients who own commercial, office, agricultural or residential properties held in their Trust or Will. 

In my unique role, I have the opportunity to manage numerous properties located throughout the Bay Area, Sacramento County and San Joaquin County for individuals, families, corporations and partnerships.  I am a results-driven professional with a Law Degree and exceptional negotiating skills.  I have a strong background in relationship management and client services. 

As a CPM Candidate, I enjoy satisfying client objectives by increasing cash flow, reducing expenses, maintaining high occupancy rates, exercising tax benefits, implementing energy efficient improvements and most importantly adding value.

In the past several years, I truly appreciated sharing effective property management practices with many real estate colleagues.  I look forward to continue establishing new relationships with fellow real estate professionals.
