Personal Statement:

Rice Property Management & Realty, LLC., is a Commercial & Residential Property Management & Real Estate Brokerage located in South Holland, IL, and licensed in the States of Indiana and Illinois. Property Management Training includes courses through C.I.C. of Chicago Illinois and on-going continuing education.

Diane Rice, Principal Broker oversees 6 licensed Realtors, one personal assistant, and a part time receptionist.  We also own and operate a Painting & Carpet Cleaning company which compliments our Property Management  division.

Diane Rice, an activist, is Vice President of a local land lord association and director of two neighborhood Chambers of Commerce.  Founder of the "Property Management" group on Active Rain, Diane Rice is also a board member of an Illinois Charter High School, and certificate holder of 2 municipal Crime-Free Housing programs.

Part one of an article, "The TRUTH About Section Eight" written in March, 2009, has been recently published by a local Suburban Illinois Newpaper company.  Part two will be submitted in April, 2009.
