Personal Statement:

As a General Manager with MPG Office Trust (formerly Maguire Properties), I manage The Gas CompanyTower and the World Trade Center Garage in downtown Los Angeles. Prior to joining Maguire Properties, I was employed by PM Realty Group, managing the American Realty Advisors Los Angeles portfolio after managing the MTV Building in Santa Monica. Before 2003, I managed portfolios of office buildings in Burbank and North Hollywood, Brentwood, Westwood and Santa Monica, Beverly Hills and Monterey Park during a five-year period with Arden Realty, Inc. Prior to joining Arden Realty, Inc., I worked for Cushman & Wakefield as Property Manager at One California Plaza in downtown Los Angeles. Before moving to Los Angeles, I was a Leasing Assistant at Silverstein Properties, Inc. in New York City.  I have served in several capacities in the IREM-LA Chapter, including V.P.-Finance, V.P.-Administration, V.P.-Education and Chair of the Diversity Program Committee (currently Outreach Committee). I obtained the CPM designation in 2002 and also have the RPA® designation, which was obtained in 2000. I hold a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland.
