Personal Statement:

I am Matt Kells, CPM, a Senior Regional Property Manager. I have a Masters Degree in Real Estate & Construction Management, am certified in affordable housing ,and a licensed real estate broker.

I have managed multi-family, affordable housing, and retail property.

I am responsibe for over 5 million sq. ft. of retail centers throughout New York State with budgets on a quarterly and yearly basis with variances of less than 1/2 of 1%.

I finished third in our company in new business development in 2009 company wide.
