Jennifer Spiers has over twelve years experience in the multifamily industry. Ms. Spiers retains her CAM designation from the National Apartment Association. Ms. Spiers has led management teams in several different markets, including but no limited to Dallas-Ft. Worth and San Antonio regions of Texas; the Baton Rouge and New Orleans regions of Louisiana; and the Colorado Springs region of Colorado. Her expertise includes new construction lease-ups, mid-rise lofts, mixed use, "A", "B", and "C" class assets as well as rehabs. Ms. Spiers leads her team by examply and continually focuses on acheiving net profits and decreasing expenses.
