Personal Statement:

After 20 years of commercial real estate experience, I thought it was time to take the show on the road.  My new company, Machen Advisory Group, just celebrated our first anniversary, and look forward to many more successful years to come.  

Our property portfolio consists of facility management, retail and office.  In 2008 I received the LEED AP designation, and have enjoyed working on new buiding construction and existing building rehab projects.  While all buildings will not be able to achieve LEED certification, we also focus on making existing buildings "as green as they can be", whether through Energy Star or just the simple common sense approach.
