Personal Statement:

Hello, My name is Nancy St.Germaine.  I've been directly involved with property managment for three years.  I got involved with property management via a nonprofit community development organization that founded our company to assist in the management services of the low-income housing cooperatives it developed.  I apparently have a knack for problem solving and because i have spent the last thirteen years of my career working with housing cooperatives I have a specialty that directlyl supports the goals and mission of this new property management company of which i am now the Senior Property Manager.
