I have a small older property where many of the units do not have T-stats for heat control. If we decided to install in all units, how much of a benefit would be in regards to heating costs for the tenants?

This is a good place to find links to topics someone may have questions about. I would also check out RentandRetain.com. Good ideas.

Susan, A programable t-stat is always going to be a benefit to your residents and should eventually pay for itself with the savings and benefits. Some local energy companies will give owners rebates when they do energy effecient upgrades. Also, it could be used towards tax breaks. Hope my 2 cents help.
